Alzheimer's/Dementia Support: Day program for adults with Alzheimer's Disease or memory loss and confusion.
Clinical Services: Nurses, psychiatrists, social workers, physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists and psychologists provide a full range of clinical services.
Day Programs: Designed to assist an individual in being a productive member of the community. Several small sites provide a base to support adults of all ages, abilities and interests.
Enhanced Supports: Clinical and staff supports provided for individuals with challenging behaviors to enable them to participate in activities in their community.
Recreation & Respite: Small group and large group community outings, activities and events, as well as in-home care for your family member with a disability.
Personal Care Assistance: An in-home care program which allows individuals who require assistance with their personal care to hire and train an attendant of their choice.
Residential Services: Provides individualized levels of support and supervision in comfortable home settings.
Community Habilitation: Helps adults with a disability learn personal and life skills.
Service Coordination: Service Coordinators work side-by-side with individuals and families to help them learn about and access the wide variety of services and supports available.
Transportation: Transportation is provided to and from day program as well as recreation activities.
Vocational Services: Allow individuals to work at their optimum skill level, earn a paycheck and enjoy a productive contribution to their community.
F.A.M.E., Fingerlakes Artists, Musicians & Entertainers: Promotes the performing and artistic talents of adults with disabilities.
Guardianship: Guidance for families who wish to file a petition through the Surrogate's Court for guardianship on behalf of an individual with a developmental disability.
Family Reimbursement: Funds for goods purchased and/or services received to benefit the family member with a disability.
Camp Columbus:Summer day camp on Owasco Lake for adults and children with disabilities.
