Consumer Directed Personal Assistance (CDPA) is an in-home care program which allows individuals of any age who require assistance with their personal care to hire and train an attendant of their choice. CDPA is a Medicaid-funded program that often serves as an alternative to long-term care or nursing home placement.
Seneca Cayuga ARC staff assist individuals or their representative in learning the process of hiring, training, supervising and scheduling their own assistants.
