ADMINISTRATION

Director of Development (Seneca)

Plans, directs and implements a comprehensive development program for organization serving persons with disabilities. Includes annual giving and membership campaign; major gifts and grants from individuals, corporations and foundations; planned gifts, and special events. Will initiate and coordinate a capital campaign to support two new facilities as well as ongoing agency needs. Manages a three person office.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree with at least five years of success in designing and managing developmental programs. Experience serving as lead staff for a capital campaign highly desirable. The successful person will have excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Word and related programs. Independent self-starter with ability to work with all types of people.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

KARL D. WARNER CLINIC

Occupational Therapist (Seneca)

Speech Pathologist (Cayuga)

Critical need position - $3000 retention bonus.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech and Language with NYS license. Certification as Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped by NYS Education Department preferred. Experience with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

Community Services Assistant (Cayuga)

Night Assistant, Supervised (Cayuga)

SENECA CAYUGA INDUSTRIES VOCATIONAL SERVICES

Director of Business Operations (Seneca)

Employment Specialist - Facility (Cayuga)

Charged with the timely pick-up and delivery of all program consumers and customers, keeping in mind their safety and providing the necessary supervision/direction in order to ensure this.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Possession of a valid NYS Driver's License appropriate for CDL and 19A certification. No moving violations for 18 months prior to employment.

Hours: On-call basis

Sub Van Aide
Transportation Services

Provides general supervision for consumers on designated transportation routes.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.

Hours: Monday-Friday, on-call basis
